Twenty years of embedded design, pointed at one problem.
Unnat Technologies Pvt Ltd is an engineering company working on ultra-wideband positioning, RFID and mmWave radar sensing. The team brings over twenty years of embedded design experience — board-level hardware, bare-metal and embedded Linux firmware, and RF integration.
Owning the whole chain is a deliberate choice rather than a preference. In location systems the errors that matter live between the layers — a clock that drifted, an antenna that was fine on the bench, a filter tuned for a different floor — and those are only fixable by whoever owns both sides of the boundary.
Four habits.
The application decides the radio
Not the other way round. We are not committed to selling you ultra-wideband; if a reader at a doorway answers your question for a fraction of the cost, that is the honest recommendation and we will make it.
Accuracy is a budget, not a number
“Ten centimetres” on a datasheet is a line-of-sight bench figure. On a real floor it is spent on geometry, multipath, clock error and mounting. We size the budget before we quote it.
We walk the site
Ceiling height, racking material, existing cable routes and where the steel sits will change an anchor count more than any requirements document will. None of that is visible from a drawing, and none of it survives being guessed at.
Say the limits out loud
Every technology on this site has a section describing what it cannot do. A vendor who has not told you the failure modes has not finished explaining the system.
